Coach departs Ashmolean Museum by 4.00 pm

From Pieter Bruegel’s remarkable print designs and Rubens’s first sketches to friendship albums shared between artists, this major exhibition presents drawings from many of the Flemish masters. The exhibition will show 120 drawings, with over 30 on display for the first time, providing insights into how these artists honed their drawing skills throughout their careers.

We will have timed entries to this exhibition. The remainder of the day you are free to explore the Ashmolean’s many world-famous collections ranging from Egyptian mummies and classical sculpture to Pre-Raphaelite paintings and contemporary art.

There is a café serving soups, sandwiches, cakes etc. and also a rooftop restaurant.
