Join Tejodhi for Mindful Movement Chair Yoga on Tuesday afternoons. Chair Yoga is for everyone. It can help with a wide range of conditions and those with restricted mobility to support them to exercise, and can help people who are not used to exercise to improve their strength and balance. Tejodhi's Chair Yoga offers another way of benefiting from Yoga using a chair as a prop. This is ideal for those who need a little extra support during their practice. Classes are accessible for people with mobility issues or who have difficulty getting up and down from a mat in a traditional Yoga class. The class will mainly involve seated poses on the chair. In the class we will warm up with some gentle stretches and Yoga poses, which encourage flexibility and strength. Breath work during and meditation/relaxation at the end of the session for an overall sense of well-being. Please note: there is no session on 13 May.
