The course is based around ‘La Vie Outre-Manche’, the French-language Magazine for English-speaking readers. It covers topics such as current Political and cultural affairs in France, famous French people of today, interesting places in France with their historical associations and often includes recipes for traditional dishes. Every issue contains exercises on grammar and vocabulary. The magazine comes out in alternate months. I recommend you take out a subscription for a year.
