Access to Bridge Street premises and Office team

As many of you already know, our Bridge Street building is currently undergoing major construction work and is CLOSED TO ALL MEMBERS AND VISITORS over the Summer. You can continue to contact staff in the usual way, either by email or telephone – we are still available to help even though we are not in the premises! We hope you’ll be able to complete your application online but if not, please do call the Office on 01223 321587 during the office hours of 10am-2pm.

We’ll announce in the Bulletin when Bridge Street is to re-open.

Membership payment

For those who don’t have access to online banking, we will be holding two in-person drop-in sessions outside the front entrance of our Bridge Street premises on Friday 25 July and Wednesday 30 July from 10:30am – midday. Please bring your payment card and your completed application form. Unfortunately, there will be nowhere to sit.

We have asked members to return their course applications by 1 August, but please don’t leave it until the last-minute! To give us time to reply to any queries or issues we would welcome your applications sooner rather than later.

Reminders – Courses and talks

Summer Events Programme

The programme of Summer Events is on the website: https://www.u3ac.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/Summer-Event-final-MAY.pdf

If you would like to attend any of the events, please contact the Office either by email or telephone.

Applying for courses

Once you have submitted your course choices they will show in your online account as ‘pending allocation’. At this point you will be unable to amend these online, so please contact us at the Office to make any amendments. We would prefer this by email so that we have a written record.

Allocation will take place in August. You will receive an allocation letter, newsletter and membership card in the post in late August/early September.
