As many of you already know, our Bridge Street building is currently undergoing major constructional work and is CLOSED TO ALL MEMBERS AND VISITORS over the Summer. You can continue to contact staff in the usual way, either by email or telephone – we are still available to help even though we are not in the premises! We hope you’ll be able to complete your application online but if not, please do call the Office on 01223 321587 during the office hours of 10am-2pm.
We’ll announce in the Bulletin when Bridge Street is re-open.
We have asked members to return their course applications by 1 August, but please don’t leave it until the last-minute! To give us time to reply to any queries or issues we would welcome your applications sooner rather than later.
Join us for a special performance! You’re invited to a special Contemporary Dance Performance tomorrow, Thursday 10 July 2025 at 2 pm at St Andrew’s Street Baptist Church, Cambridge (Upper Hall, lift available). Come and see what the U3AC dancers have been working on, inspired by the last academic year, featuring a warm-up and a short dance piece lasting 10-15 minutes. If you’d like to attend, please let Cathy Middleton know by emailing catherine.middleton749@btinternet.com by the end of today, Wednesday 9 July so enough chairs can be prepared.
The programme of Summer Events is on the website: https://www.u3ac.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/Summer-Event-final-MAY.pdf
If you would like to attend any of the events, please contact the Office either by email or telephone.
Once you have submitted your course choices they will show in your online account as ‘pending allocation’. At this point you will be unable to amend these online, so please contact us at the Office to make any amendments. We would prefer this by email so that we have a written record.
Allocation will take place in August. You will receive an allocation letter, newsletter and membership card in the post in late August/early September.
The 2025-26 Programme has been sent to all members. Please contact us if you have not received yours.
A trip has been arranged on Thursday 9 October to this major exhibition featuring more than 350 exhibits charting the evolution of Cartier’s legacy of art, design and craftmanship since the turn of the 20th century.

Thursday 11 September.
This visit is now full, we are taking names for a waiting list in case anyone cancels their place.
