On Saturday, 10 January 2026, we were delighted to welcome 75 members to the Queen’s Building at Emmanuel College for our Ron Gray Conference, The Future of Greater Cambridge. Throughout the day, attendees engaged in pivotal discussions regarding the delicate balance between preserving the unique character of our region and supporting its world-leading contributions to the life sciences and information technology sectors.
The event featured a rich programme of talks and workshops exploring our economy, infrastructure, and quality of life, with expert insights provided by speakers from the Mayor’s office, the University of Cambridge, and Cambridge Ahead. From the opening coffee morning to a collaborative buffet lunch in the historic Old Library, the day was defined by a shared commitment to the sustainable growth of our city region.
Presentations are available to view once members have logged in.
