Description:
This is not a taught class. We are a group of friendly painting enthusiasts who work individually, but take an interest in each other's work and learn from this. The sessions are very informal. We use a variety of media and welcome beginners as well as more experienced artists. Grantchester Village Hall is a very pleasant environment for painting with excellent facilities, and there is parking available in the street adjoining. Please note: No classes on the two Bank Holidays 3 & 31 May, replacement classes will be held on 14 & 21 June.

As an architect I have had a lifelong interest in the visual arts and design and am a largely self-taught watercolourist.
Coordinator: Liz Spencer
I studied Graphic Design and worked in Animation for a number of years. I enjoy painting and am drawn to watercolours by the vibrancy of the pigments.
