Day and time:
Monday 15:00 - 16:30 Weekly
Length of course: 1 term. Summer (9 Weeks)
Vacancies: 10
Start date: 12 April 2027
Description:
The rationalistic neurosurgeon Eben Alexander had a florid near-death experience when he fell into a coma suffering from severe bacterial meningitis. His account of what he went through, 'Proof of Heaven' (Piatkus Press, 2012) relates what he himself had experienced with well-known studies of NDEs by the likes of Raymond Moody. We will also consider together Anita Moorjani's 'Dying to be me' (Hay House Press, 2012), a report of her vivid spiritual experiences when her bodily organs shut down in terminal cancer. You will need both books (which are inexpensive.)

When I read and contemplate individuals' experiences of surviving death, and how this changes their lives in the most extraordinary way, I am very moved, and wish to share this.
