This is the fourth year of the course. Its aim is to give those who wish to develop their competence in the Welsh language the opportunity to do so in the company of like-minded fellow learners, who have the same enthusiasm for the language and its culture. Each year we choose a novel to read, together with contemporary texts from newspapers, magazine articles and on-line news. We also spend time practising our speaking skills - sharing thoughts about the texts we read and talking about our own daily lives. The coordinator will coordinate but members are welcome to suggest reading materials and any ideas for other activities. The course is suitable to those who have a reading level of approximately A level.
