This course is the opportunity to discuss French novels, plays, or films to give you an insight into the French culture. I will have a few novels on offer and will email you the title of the novel we will start with near the time. Marc Levy is definitely in my list of authors. Film wise I would like to start with 'Au revoir les enfants' et peut-être 'Lupin' with Omar Sy as one of the main actors. But this is also up for discussion of course. Grammar will come to the rescue when needed. I will aim to speak French at all times but will revert to English when necessary. I am still an Open University tutor and tutoring with the U3AC is a most welcome complement to my work.
