  • Description:

We are a friendly group who care deeply about the environment. Our aim is to inform and educate members on all areas of the environment to enable them to make decisions which contribute to a sustainable and healthy planet for future generations.

We work with the Cambridge Conservation Forum to provide larger seminars, with expert speakers, on environment concerns such as biodiversity loss, pollution, climate change and conserving natural resources. We organise field trips to sites of environmental interest and meet monthly to discuss current topical issues and the latest news and research related to the environment. The first meeting will take place at the David Attenborough Building on Tuesday October 14th at 1.00 pm. Our website is updated regularly and gives links to information about international, national and local environmental issues. This can be found at https://u3acenvgroup.wixsite.com/u3aceg
