    Useful for anyone walking our wonderful public rights of way! An overview of how public rights of way and permissive paths and access have developed and how they are changed, the roles and responsibilities of landowners/managers, path users, the County Council or a Unitary Authority as Highways Authority, what's shown on OS and other maps - and how to report problems. Examples from around the country, but focused on Cambridgeshire.
