The exercise to music group aims to improve fitness, flexibility, strength and balance. It is taught by a fully qualified instructor and includes aerobic routines, use of hand weights/bands and mat exercises. Comfortable clothing and trainers/plimsolls to change into required. Please also bring a bottle of water. The class runs throughout the year, except August, for a total of 35 weeks and regular attendance is essential. Please make a note of dates: 15 Sep-15 Dec (not 27 Oct), 05 Jan-23 Mar (not 16 Feb), 13 Apr-06 Jul (not 4 or 25 May). Note: There is an additional fee of £57 to pay for the tutor to be paid in advance on application.
