  • Number of places: 20
  • Start date: 13 January 2021
  • Description:

This class will concentrate on individual seated and standing exercises and is suitable for all levels. They are an excellent stand alone practise for health & wellbeing. We work with the natural structures and movements of the body according to well established basic principles that allow for a great deal of flexibility in their expression. In addition the mind is encouraged to quieten and focus through the movements. They have proven to be effective in helping to manage a wide range of chronic health conditions including: stress related conditions. Diabetes. MS. Respiratory and cardiac problems. Long term consequences of stroke and head injury. Balance and mobility problems. Arthritis. Poor flexibility & high blood pressure. Note: There is an additional fee of £22 to pay for the tutor payable on application.

Note: At the moment, it is unclear whether this will be able to run under the Government's Tier 2 rules.

We will be liaising with the course organiser and the venue and will contact members if and when we can start. We know this is frustrating for everyone but will endeavour to run this as soon as possible.
