Yoga asanas soothe and invigorate, composing body and mind for meditation. Classes will also include simple breathing and relaxation in savasana, and some rudiments of yoga philosophy. Please wear suitable clothing (not constricting) bare feet and bring a blanket with you and/or non-slip mat if possible. Check with your doctor if necessary before enrolling.
Note: Under the Government's Tier 2 rules, it seems unlikely that this course can run. If this changes, or the rules are amended and we can start then we will contact members.
