This course provides an opportunity to explore Buddhist meditation in greater detail. It is intended as a continuation for those who wish to take further the insights and practices they developed in the autumn term course. And also for anyone who undertook the introductory course in previous years, or already has experience of Buddhist meditation. The course focuses on linking our feelings with our breathing and on exploring key dimensions of the way we connect with, and respond to, others' experience. We will also examine possible remedies for the obstacles to meditation we may encounter.
