This is NOT a teaching class. A knowledge and use of basic ACOL (weak NT) are essential. If you are out of practice, or are relatively inexperienced, then this is the class for you. We have fun playing rubber bridge in a relaxed and friendly environment where questions can be asked and notes consulted. Our only golden rule is that no player shall ever chide another. If you arrive on your own you can be sure of a welcome and a table to join.
Please do not park in Millington Road. Note: this class is often over-subscribed. The Rubber Bridge class on Monday afternoon (LEI 04) plays in the same style and to the same standard as us. If you are a new applicant and are not restricted to Fridays you might like to consider the Monday class instead.
