  • Description:

    This class offers participants the chance to be part of a community of dancers who move together creatively for fitness and well being. A variety of sounds and music, visual arts and themes from nature may be used to inspire our dance. There will be a strong emphasis on process and improvisation. Participants who love dancing at any level are welcome. Please come prepared to work in bare feet or soft shoes, and wear loose comfortable layers.

  • Hazel has a huge wealth of dance teaching experience. She draws inspiration from Tai Chi and therapeutic dance forms as well as from contemporary dance, ballet and Laban.
