Thursday 12 December – 11 am – U3AC Choir Concert at St James C of E Church, Wulfstan Way, CB1 8QJ.
A warm, cheering – and free! – concert of Christmas choral music, sung by your fellow U3AC members and classmates, will take place at St James’s Church on Thursday 12 December, starting promptly at 11am. The concert lasts for about an hour. Music includes Christmas Day by Gustav Holst; pieces by Handel and Mozart; music from composer Malcom Williamson, and Christmas songs, readings and carols old and new. The concert is followed by seasonal refreshments. All are welcome! Donations towards costs would be gratefully received.

The New Year Social event will take place at The David Rayner Building at Scotsdales Garden Centre on Friday 10 January 2025 from 12 – 2. Cost: £8.50. Application forms are now available on the Social events page of the website or in person from the Office. This is a member only event and places must be booked in advance.
There is an exhibition of prints and paintings by Simon Draper and Colin Whitworth in the Gallery Area for the rest of this term. The work references ancient cultures, world music and poetry.
