In addition the mind is encouraged to quieten and focus through the movements. They have proven to be effective in helping to manage a wide range of chronic health conditions including: stress related conditions. Diabetes. MS. Respiratory and cardiac problems. Long term consequences of stroke and head injury. Balance and mobility problems. Arthritis. Poor flexibility & high blood pressure. For dates see FIT 17.
