  • Description:

This course is intended as a continuation for those who wish to take further the insights and practices they developed in the Autumn and Spring term courses. And also for anyone who undertook these two courses in previous years, or already has substantial experience of Buddhist meditation. We shall focus in particular on the foundations and practices of mindfulness: the grounding of mindfulness in awareness of bodily experiences (including pain), awareness of the process of our feelings, and awareness of our general state of mind. We will also consider the link between meditation and the imagination.
