This is a repeat of a course first run in 2020 when we talked about topics ranging from international students in the cold war, to the impact of haemophilia on European history, and land tenure in Kenya. We want to bring together people interested in listening to, and presenting, sessions about any aspect of modern history. I will present the first session and, over the autumn, be in touch with members who can fill the others with presentations of 30 - 40 minutes on a topic of their choice, in any area of international, European or British history, followed by discussion. Those who want just to come and listen and discuss are welcome but, as before, we need enough members prepared also to offer a topic and fill all the slots. No qualifications required beyond willingness to research and present a paper and/or take part in the discussion.
