    This group is for those who have done a mindfulness course but find it difficult to keep up regular practice. We will meet for six weeks in the first instance and remind ourselves of the practice with help from tapes recorded by Jon Kabat-Zinn. This is not a training course in mindfulness.

  • I have trained and been involved in mindfulness for many years but too often lapse. This is an opportunity for this small group to practice together.
