This course has been designed to complement 'Your Cambridge'. We arrange visits to Cambridge and local area-based establishments to learn more about them and the services they offer. We also invite guest speakers to talk about the contributions they and their workplaces make to the City and environs including historical aspects of life here. Some visits entail standing, walking and stairs with no lifts or wheelchair access. Additional costs will be kept to a minimum but the nature of some visits may suggest a small fee (£6 max) or a voluntary donation. Members will be encouraged to ask questions and participate in informal discussions. The programme will be distributed prior to the start of term.
