    Join me in my kitchen via Zoom to learn a range of basic cookery skills that will enable you to make a number of simple, tasty and nutritious dishes. I will send out lists of ingredients and equipment before the classes. We will make a variety of sweet and savoury dishes, talk about and practice cookery skills, equipment use and nutrition. Previous class members have commented that the course gave them confidence to cook for themselves and others. Some have found that their interest in food and cooking has been refreshed.

    Teaching this course via Zoom is a first for me, but I am hoping that you will all enjoy a new learning experience with me.
