Its aim is to explain how economies actually work. You will discover why political utterances can often be so unsatisfactory. You will acquire a structured way of evaluating national and international economic issues. We will discuss what is driving the globalisation and economic disparity phenomenon, as well as the causes that lie behind slumps and booms. We will review a bit of history to show how we got to where we are, and also touch on ethics.
